I help clients overcome their blind spots using a methodology developed over ten years focused on understanding why clients are doing what they are doing, rather than just changing their actions. Shifting their mindset often creates a whole new realm of actions from which to choose which can then provide a different, more desirable result. I help clients reframe and then overcome their challenges through understanding and then redirecting the key stories that create patterns in their lives that compel them towards unproductive thoughts and behaviors. In my process, we embark upon an exploration of who you are, why you are that way and who you might become.
Coaching Steps
Every client brings unique challenges and therefor needs a unique coaching plan. The following steps, though, broadly outline my typical coaching process:
